2. Application Method
1.Taking out the EL wire wheel.
2.Turn on the switch to judge if there is power or not. The function is On/Off/Twinkle.
3.Under the condition of lighting, EL wire can be pulled or reeled in.
4. To EL wire,Plastic binding strip can be used and removed repeatedly.
5.Rotate the handle to reel the EL wire in neatly for easy pulling next time.
3. Three Mode of Charging:
Turn off the switch before charging.
1. To connect AC220V/110V Charger,Suggest to charge for 8 hours for fully loading.
2. Take out solar panels and in direct sunlight place, use the connecting line to charge for 8 hours, load power for 80%. Please immediately disconnected line when not charge , or in a state of discharge.
3. Car DC12V charge: run the car but do not trample accelerator, connect lead wire with Car Electrical Source Plug, then connect to Car power . continuous charging 0.5 hours, in power for 50%. And cut off the connecting wire while not charging to avoid discharging.

5.Remarks:
EL wire and wheel can not be used in rain or water environment.Pls. do not launch engine when connecting with 12V Car power for direct application.
EL wire will not work or have Short circuit if bending angle is less than 45 degree or pulling strength is beyond required resist of pull. Pls. do not remove end parts or Inner equipment to advoid the invalidation of anti water ability and change of resist pull.
